Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your account:

What payment method does SHANTOMMO accept?

We accept payment with PayPal and Stripe (Credit Card or Credit Balance). You will be directed to each website to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the online store.

What is SHANTOMMO’s payment security?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

What packaging options can I choose from?

There’s two option to select (before you complete your check-out) on how you prefer your items shipped:

Padded envelope
Items are packaged in bubble wrap. This method is not available when you purchase more than 2 outfits in an order as that’ll exceed the size and weight limits.

Small box
Items are packaged into a small brown shipping box and paper wrapped. We recommend box method for long dresses as this helps to reduce the possibility of getting the garments from getting wrinkled or pressed during shipment.

Where is the order shipped from?

We are based in Malaysia. All orders will be packed and shipped from here.

How long it takes for an order to ship?

Most items are in the midst of production when they are published in the store. Items are usually shipped in approximately 14 working days under no unforeseen delays. Backordered items take about 30 working days. Kindly refer to terms written below each products for more accurate estimation.

 While we try best to ship them asap, each items are mostly handmade and they require additional efforts and time so please expect some waiting time in order to ensure their qualities. 

If we need more time, we will reach out to customers via email. If you have questions about your order, feel free to ask us and we will get back to you soonest.

What shipping options can I choose from?

There’s two options:

  • Regular international post (Trackable with most countries*) that is carried out by post offices. It takes about 14 to 21 working days for most countries (US, Europe, Australia etc.). 10-14 days for Asia countries. *Please contact us to check if you need confirmation.
  • Express International that is carried out by DHL or EMS. It takes about 2-7 working days, depending on your location and custom.

How to track your order?

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online. Please note that at times the email might be in your spam folder.

What is SHANTOMMO’s return policy?

Return is not accepted. However, if you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Should you choose to cancel an order (before we ship it), we are able to refund in full. For uninsured, lost or damaged product that is beyond our control, we are not able to make any refunds.

How much taxes and duties will I have to pay?

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
