UPDATE: AUGUST 2026
Effective 1st July 2026, post office shipments to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Spain are temporarily suspended by our country’s post office until further notice due to the implementation of new European Union (EU) customs requirements.
Express shipments via FedEx is ongoing as usual.
UPDATE: MAY 2026
Effective 28 February 2026, international mail services to several destinations across Middle East and parts of Europe are currently impacted due to the airspace restrictions and flight disruptions. Delays or temporary service interruptions for shipments are expected for affected destinations.
We might not be able to ship to certain countries via post office. Express service (by FedEx) is running as usual and will be most reliable option for the time being. Should you have any enquiries please contact us. Thank you.
UPDATE: OCTOBER 2025
Since 25 August 2025, all postal deliveries to the USA have been suspended due to new U.S. customs requirements. Currently, we are only able to ship via FedEx Express.
All shipments to the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, brokerage fees, and taxes. At present, there are no clear guidelines on how these charges are calculated, but they may range from 15% to 35%. All tariffs, brokerage fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may be billed either during customs inspection OR after the shipment has been delivered.
If you do not agree to the tax amount and refuse the shipment after it has entered the U.S., it may either be returned with additional fees OR discarded. We regret that we cannot provide a refund for shipments that are discarded or returned.
Please take the above points into consideration before placing an order.
Holding Your Shipment to Combine Orders
You’re welcome to hold your shipment if you’d like to combine a few orders together. We hope to continue releasing new items every quarter, as long as we can manage through the current situation. If we eventually decide to pause for a while until things improve, we’ll let you know and discuss the best way to handle your current order.

Terms:
Ship around 30 working days after order is made.
If your order includes fashions that need more working days, we’ll ship everything after all items are completed.
No returns or refunds. If there’s problem with your orders, kindly contact us.
Shipping:
Shipments from Malaysia take around 8 to 14 days to most Asia countries, 12 to 30 days to USA, Europe, UK and the rest of world.
Express shipping takes about 2 to 7 working days to most countries.
